I just want to say that these meatloaf cupcakes are AMAZINNNNNNNNNNNNG!!!!! They are so delicious! I cannot believe how amazing they taste! I ate like 7 of them. Not even joking. Seriously. 7! I just made half of the recipe because its just me and my husband, but these would make a great party appetizer. Not that I want to share... hehe.
Also on my second batch I put ONE TEASPOON of SAUCE instead of 1/2 a teaspoon because I had extra. I thought it TASTED EVEN BETTER with the EXTRA SAUCE! I just coated my cupcake pan with olive oil since I don't have silicone molds for cupcakes.
