One of my favorite recipes! My mother in law showed me this one last year and I never could make them as good as her until I realized she used blanched almond flour instead of almond meal! They are so good and moist. My family loves them. Especially with the Enjoy Life brand for the chocolate chips, which are soy & dairy free! Here is the link to the recipe:
