Made this recently using my son of grok waffle recipe. I think it tastes so much better as a pancake fried with butter :). Just made half of the recipe since It's just me and the hubs. Had to share a pretty pic too! Ate them with fresh berries and maple syrup. Here is the link to the recipe. So sad his website got closed down. Good thing I saved his recipe!
