Haven't made cauliflower rice in quite some time so I thought I would give it a go and find a great recipe. Well The Urban Posers recipe is divine! I edited mine a bit since I didn't have some ingredients, but all in all I followed her instructions carefully. Especially how to cook the cauliflower rice and adding the egg to the mix to get the "rice" fluffy. I must say it worked! Nice dish if you are missing rice. Great recipe and very versatile!
